Former Attorney General Bill Barr recently spoke out against Donald Trump, countering a series of attacks from his former boss, Your Content has learned.

In a candid interview Sunday, Barr labeled the ex-president a “narcissist” and dismissed GOP claims that Trump is a victim of a targeted campaign by the Justice Department.

During the interview, Barr expressed his concerns about Trump’s priorities, stating, “He will always put his own interests and gratifying his own ego ahead of everything else, including the country’s interests. There’s no question about it. This is a perfect example of that.”

Barr further likened Trump’s behavior to that of a defiant nine-year-old, asserting that Trump’s actions stem from a need to exert dominance over others.

He criticized Trump for prioritizing personal interests over the well-being of the country, stating, “Our country can’t be a therapy session for a troubled man like this.”

In response to Barr’s comments, Trump took to his Truth Social account and posted a brief message accusing election interference.

It appears that Trump believes the indictment against him is an attempt by the Democratic establishment and the Biden administration to hinder his potential return to the presidency.

While acknowledging that Trump has some positive qualities, Barr emphasized that his reckless conduct has damaged the Republican agenda.

He referred to Trump as a “consummate narcissist” and criticized him for endangering his political followers and undermining conservative and Republican goals.

Barr previously acknowledged the severity of the DOJ’s 37-count indictment against Trump, attributing it to Trump’s own actions.

He rejected the notion that Trump is a victim of government overreach and argued that the ex-president had provoked the situation himself.

Trump recently pleaded not guilty to the charges related to his handling of classified documents and held a press conference at his club in Bedminster, New Jersey, to address the indictment.

It remains to be seen how these developments will impact Trump’s political future and the ongoing legal proceedings against him, according DailyMail.
