DEER PARK, N.Y. — A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of his mother in their Deer Park residence, Your Content has learned. Tyler Strauch stands accused of the crime that took place on Friday evening.
Law enforcement officials reported that the incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when Tyler Strauch allegedly shot and killed his 64-year-old mother, Deborah Strauch. The arrest followed a thorough investigation at the scene on the 1600 block of Deer Park Avenue.

Tyler Strauch is now facing charges of second-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court on July 19 to address the accusations made against him.
