Philadelphia, Pa. (YC) – A 31-year old man was shot and killed Sunday night in West Philadelphia.
Police responded to the intersection of Arch St & N Ithan St at approximately 9:30 p.m.
The victim was transported to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
