Fotis Dulos, 52, Michelle Troconis, 44 and attorney Kent Mawhinney were charged in connection to the murder of missing Connecticut mother-of-five, Jennifer Farber Dulos, 50, of New Canaan.

Fotis is being held on $6 million bond. Troconis & Mawhinney have bond set at $2 million each.

“All of them are bonding out today,” a source close to the situation confirmed. “The funds appear to have been secured.”

What’s more, investigators are working around-the-clock to make sense of what transpired. Sources close to the investigation say “they’re far from finished, far from closure, and not even close to solving the case.”

“Obviously they jumped the gun on this due to the increasing amount of public pressure. You have every single agency under the sun working on the case and all they found were film-prop like items strategically placed throughout the city,” the source divulged. “Then, you have what could be Fotis, but could very well not be Fotis, driving in the car.”

“Troconis already admitted her part and now she will have to testify to the facts or remain silent and let her 3 contradicting statements speak. But she admitted part. Fotis, on the other hand, hasn’t. Neither has Mawhinney.”

“It all points to Troconis. She holds the information critical to the case. She holds information that may incriminate another man and exonerate Fotis. There is no way that the defense will ignore that — Fotis has remained silent and he’s smart for that. They have more on the other parties than on him, and that speaks volumes.”

They’re expected to appear in court this afternoon for their preliminary arraignments.

“We categorically deny that Mr. Dulos had any involvement in the disappearance of his wife Jennifer and we defy the state to prove she is in-fact dead. As far as we’re concerned Mr. Dulos is not guilty,” Norm Pattis said at a press conference Tuesday night. “The warrants come as a great relief to us because after month of listening to innuendo suggestion and rumors we have something to shoot at and we intend to start firing those shots at Mr. Dulos’ bond hearing tomorrow morning.”

Jennifer Dulos vanished on May 24 after dropping her five children off at school.

On June 1, the case garnered international attention when Fotis & his former mistress-turned-girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, 44, were arrested and charged with hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence in connection to the mother-of-five’s disappearance.

Police previously said they located video surveillance that appeared to show the two dumping bags of evidence – including blood drenched sponges, clothing, and other material – at over 30 locations in a four-mile radius.

Michelle posted bond and was subsequently released from custody the same day. Fotis posted bond shortly thereafter.

Their short-lived release was cut short after Fotis Dulos & Michelle Troconis were re-arrested Tuesday morning for charges pertaining to the murder of Jennifer Dulos. 52-year-old Kent Mawhinney, a Connecticut based attorney, was also arrested and charged in connection to the murder of the mother-of-five.
