Police swarmed the estate where Fotis Dulos once resided Thursday after neighbors noticed individuals rushing “the contents of the house” into a “moving truck with New York plates,” according to an emergency court filing obtained by Your Content.

WFSB was first to report the police presence at 4 Jefferson Crossing, where Fotis Dulos lived up until his death last week. Your Content obtained a copy of the emergency court petition filed by attorney Richard P. Weinstein, who represents Gloria Farber. The petition was filed on behalf of Mark H. Dean.

Dean, according to the petition, is expected to be appointed temporary administrator of the property.

“The Plaintiff in the above-entitled matter hereby moves the court to issue an order precluding any personal property being removed from 4 Jefferson Crossing,” the emergency filing reveals. “The undersigned has been advised that there is a moving truck at the property with New York plates and that the contents of the house are being emptied into the moving truck.”

“At this point, the issue exists as to the contents of that house and the rights to that personal property. There has been no inventory made of the house. There needs to be an exercise of control of the disposition of the personal property for the benefit of the Fotis Dulos Estate and the Plaintiff.”
