The law enforcement world been shaken to its core by wanna-be policemen who now pose a grave danger to vulnerable women throughout the nation! What’s more, a sheriff revealed to Your Content he captured one of the miscreants driving what appeared to be a police car which didn’t fool the suspicious sheriff in suburban Detroit.

Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard said he was driving away from a meeting Thursday when he spotted a vehicle with police-style bumpers, an array of lights on the back and a decal that read “emergency response.”

Bouchard activated his emergency lights and stopped the vehicle. He said there was a fake radar on the dashboard and a police-style computer. He also discovered a loaded gun and a large knife.

“He looks at me and says, ‘Who are you?’ And I said, ‘I’m the sheriff. Who are you?’” Bouchard told WDIV-TV.

The man was arrested. Charges are pending.

“We’re still trying to run down what he was doing with this vehicle or if he’s stopped anyone in the past,” the sheriff said. “He initially said that sometimes he helps police. I don’t know what that means.”

The recent arrest sent a shock wave across the nation and put police departments in all corners of the United States on red alert.

“When a perpetrator moves from place to place under the disguise of a police officer and cover their trails, there could be dozens of victims,” a criminal profiler told Your Content.

“From the deserts of Arizona to shipyard at every port in the country – cowards are impersonating police officers,” a source close to the situation told Your Content. “While the real ones are working around-the-clock to stop crime, these phonies are fueling it!”

The miscreant is accused of using sleazy intimidation tactics, crooked bagmen and hired thugs to do his dirty work, in order to cheat justice.

“It’s especially worrying for small towns as they don’t have the resources to detect such daring criminals,” the source continued. “The fact criminals are running around dressed as cops should have alarm bells ringing, especially considering the wave of recent attacks!”

“Frankly, police are done with all the drama surrounding imposters.” Jamal Smith of Detroit told Your Content. “I hope the authorities are seeking much more information and hard facts as they pursue these fakes.”

“When I heard about this man for the first time, it made me sick to my stomach!” said Jamal.

“Thousands of women narrowly escaped death by taking this man off the streets,” said Jamal. “It wouldn’t surprise me that a coup is empaneled solely to target vulnerable women.”

However, others see the coward’s act as an attempt to test the system.

“Guys who have enough guts to pull off an operation like that are a threat to police officers everywhere,” said a source close to the situation. “Obviously, police do not want to admit that there are people out there who would be doing something like this.”

“So they’re playing the tough guy role and passing it along.”

“People have been impersonating cops in Detroit for as long as I can remember. When I was a kid, a guy yanked me out of the car saying he was DPD. After the fight was over it turned out he was not and ran from the real cops that showed up,” Paul Vanevery told Your Content.
